Stress can cause a change in eating habits. which body system would this affect?

This can affect many systems in your body because of the fact that stress makes physical and mental changes on you if not dealt with correctly. you need nutrients from food , you need your sleep & you need to be mentally and physically stable. so therefore , there is no specific system. No part of your body is immune to stress.

so i really think that most of the health care industry be doing more bad than good.
