All factors that influence our physical fitness cannot be controlled. We can control how much physical activity we get and we can control what we eat to an extent depending on our own budget. What we cannot control though is an unexpected illness or disease affecting our physical fitness. Sometime people unfortunately get sick, sometimes for no real reason and this can affect all aspects of your health. In addition people are at risk of physical injury in our day to day lives and also through exercise. An injury can play a big role in preventing you from gaining the level of physical fitness you would like or getting any physical activity at all depending on the injury.
