Can someone give me one specific health problem (within unhealthy eating) and explain it. !

if you eat a lot of junk food it can cause heart failure, ( most likely from diabetes) but if you don't eat enough you can become very sick, you would lack calcium and iron and eventually if you start eating normal again you would get a very slow metabolism
