Fats and Oils.
According to the food plate half of your plate should be Vegetables and Fruits ( The more variety of fruits and vegetables the better).
A quarter of your plate should be Protein power (like fish, beans and nuts) and the other quarter of the plate should be whole grains (like whole-wheat bread or brown rice) and finally in moderation fats and oils ( preferably healthy oils like olive and canola oil).
