You should have assigned a designated driver before the party. That person would be the one who does not drink at all and stays completely sober so they can take everyone home. To fix this issue have an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi lined up if you are planning on drinking as well and so are all of your friends that way none of you drive. If you can't get a sober driver, then the best option is to just stay where you are for the night and not risk driving just because you have only had one or two drink as even one drink changes your intoxication level and makes it unsafe for you to be the driver. Drunk drivers are dead drivers.
