If your BAC is 0.08% or higher, you are considered legally impaired to drive, however, you could technically be arrested if your BAC is over 0.00% also.

i don't think so because different teachers have different materials. tehy teach differently, unless you know for sure your teacher is the exact same as others. i would just contact ur teacher
