a avoid pathogens, get immunizations, and practice healthy behaviors

b skip meals, avoid exercise, and get as much sleep as possible

c share eating utensils, cups, and straws, and other personal items

d smoke cigarettes, take illegal drugs, and drink protein drinks

The answer is definatley A all the others are not healthy and some can possiabley kill you.

well i’m not to well in health but if the body produces more standard fat then the fat will convert most of it into energy and give all the muscles nutrients (sorry if it was wrong
