In order for something to be considered collectivity, what must be present?

For a group of people to be called collectivity, a common purpose, a well-defined organization, a set of clear values and norms and a clear and harmonious interaction between its members must be present.

Explanation:

A collectivity is a group of people who share the same goal. The collectives are a more elaborate form than the group or the community since it has valuable social objectives and its members are aware of the value of these objectives to the point that they behave as a unit for the realization of them, giving their members satisfaction for belonging and collaborating with the end of the collective.  

For a group of people to be called a collective, they must keep in mind the following characteristics:  

• A common purpose.  

• Have an organization given by the well-defined status and functions of its members.  

• They have a set of values and standards by which they are governed, and that supports those who lead the collective.  

• The interaction between its members is clear and harmonious.
