There are many lifts that require spotters, for instance, squat, bench, deadlift, lunges, incline bench etc..

Maybe you can delete everything you have had for catfishing for example convos, phone numbers, pics, etc. and possibly get a new email for new accounts just so you can start fresh as yourself not someone else
