Well, good news is you’re not going to die playing videos ten hour straight if you take breaks. However, video game addiction is a real issue that can lead to health problems down the road such as obesity, eye problems, and tendinitis caused by the repetitive motions during gaming. If you don’t take 30 to hour long breaks of physical excercise and activity you could develop heart problems and blood clots. So, what I recommend to you, is that you work in limiting your video game time per day to 3-4 hours at most and work from there. So don’t worry too much, but work on it. Hope this helps.
