Would talking about depression because when i talk about it i think it makes it worse because they don't understand. and i don't know what to do can someone

Don't worry i been there too. i suggest you to not think about it or it will worsen, have a friend or family member talk to you when you're sad. i remember being depressed and it was a painful journey. i spent some of my time on social media and only pay attention to the content and comments my friends give, not any mean-hating stranger. remember, the world is beautiful and just think of all the things  you have yet to do. i hope you get better soon since i know that this shouldn't happen to a beautiful person like you. : )

Communication. releasing emotions/feelings to someone you know you can count on. ; ) someone who may not understand but willing to listen.
