To check the satisfactory goal we should do a fitness test. It involves a series of tests that evaluate the health status and physical fitness of an individual. According to the fitness goal and health, there are many specific tests one can use to evaluate the effectiveness of his/her current workout routine. The fitness test is a good way to track the daily progress of their activity.  

To create a measurable goal helps in checking whether we are progressing or not. If our goals are being acheived then we get motivation to exercise another day. When our goals are not satisfactory, it is significant to look for an area that can be made better. Then, we have to set a new target for the evaluation and prepare for that goal. We should make our goals and weekly check our progress by fitness test. If we achieve our goals we should give our self-reward.

Children should spend at least 60 minutes on physical activity on a daily basis whereas adults should spend at least 30 minutes on physical activity to have a good and healthy lifestyle. It increases the capability of a body to perform the daily activity. The daily exercise management helps in achieving the goal.
