Your presentation must include the following information.

the type of plan you designed and a definition for that type of training.
the list of the activities you will complete during one workout session for this plan, including names of exercises, duration for each, and rest periods (if appropriate). while your plan may overlap somewhat with what we did in the physical activity portion of the class this week, at least part of your plan should differ since it is tailored for you!
an explanation of how your workout plan meets the f. i.t. t. principle of training.
a 10 minute warm-up and 10 minute cooldown appropriate for yuor workout. list those activities on a separate slide or slides from the workout plan in #2. be sure to follow the principles for warm-ups and cooldowns from unit 2!
pictures or video of you demonstrating proper technique for each exercise selected. you do not need to video your entire workout, just good demonstration of form and technique for each selected exercise.
picture or video of how you measured heart rate, as well as a calculation showing whether or not your heart rate was in the proper zone for cardiovascular endurance.
a reflection on your workout once you perform it.
