The first three years are very important for brain development because it is when a baby learns to grow their mind for examples, they learn to speak, walk and its through the babies years that makes him or her like a certain thing for the first time like she or he may dislike oranges. it also is the time when they learn how to develop their senses, sight, smell and hearing :) hope this helps!
