In this interview an older adult had problems with the heart, an adolescent had problem with anxiety and an adult had problems with stomach pain.

Interview with an older adult:

1. I have visited my provider 3 days ago and I was treated with calming medicament and medicament for the heart since I taught that I would have a heart attack and I was really scared.

4. I think that he is trying always his best and he is full of understanding.

Interview with an adult:

1. I have visited my provider a month ago and I was treated with the therapy of Pepto-Bismol and since I have sometimes stomach pains he said that I should also take sometimes Panadol and said that I should drink Chamomile tea.

2. I like the best that he was trying to help with other natural things, not only medicine.

3. I didn't like that I didn't have enough information about given medicine.

4. I think that he is good at his job and he is familiar with my condition for a long time.
