Wellness is not only physical health. It's a complete quality life that consists of eight-dimensions and one of those dimensions is health. Wellness is a full integration of physical, mental and spiritual well being.  

Here are the eight dimensions

1. Physical

Good physical fitness means that you can perform daily activities, occupations, and sports. This condition will be achieved through good nutrition, regular exercise, and have enough rest. Developing a healthy habit will not only benefit for today but for your future life. A physically healthy also vital component to perform other aspects of life.

2. Emotional

It is the ability to express your feelings and emotions, such as happiness, optimism, self-acceptance, ability to love and to be loved. Emotional wellness also relates to coping effectively with stress.  

3. Social

Social wellness refers to the ability to interact with others and contribute to the community, it also means developing good communication skills, showing respect to others and creating a support network.  

4. Environmental

Environment wellness is related to your activity in daily life that gives effects to physical environments. It gives awareness of socially responsible to protect your environment.  

5. Occupational

Occupational wellness means that you can use your ability, gifts, and talents to gain your purpose and enrichment in your life.  

6. Intellectual

The intellectual dimension encourages creatives and continues to expand your knowledge and improves skills. It is also encouraging someone to participate in any activities.

7.Spiritual

Spiritual wellness is a willingness to seek the meaning of life and purpose in human being. It involves possessing faith, beliefs, and values that guide your life.

8. Financial

Financial wellness is learning and successfully manage your financial condition
