What is accepting your coworkers for who they are

Accepting your coworkers for who they are is not discriminating their life choices i.e sexuall orientation, outlook on life etc.

However, no one said that you have to agree with their choices.  you just can't voice your opinion in the workplace. It would be unprofessional and can and probably will start problems.
