Glaucoma is a condition in which the ocular pressure needs to be controlled, otherwise it can lead to blindness.

Presbyopia is caused by the aging process and consists in the difficult of focusing close objects, because of the hardening of the eye’s lens.  

Cataract is a condition in which the vision is reduced because of the fog in the eye’s lens. It can be threated by surgical procedure.

Anisocoria occurs when the eyes have different sizes.

Photophobia is an eye discomfort when the person looks directly to the lights. It is an eye sensibility condition.

Intraocular pressure is the pressure of the fluid inside our eyes, it needs to be balanced, otherwise you will develop glaucoma.

Diplopia is the distortion of images, for instance, you can look to an object and see two of them, but in reality, it is just one.  

Snellen chart is an eye board used during ocular exams. It measures your vision reach. If it reachs 20 ft,  you are OK.

When a patient has 20/40 vision, means that he needs glasses, because his vision reach is not the standard one, which is 6 meters or 20 feets.

Floaters are normal. They are made of collagen and they help to sustain the ocular muscle, it is like a gelatine placed behind your eyes. Every health person should have it.
