Flexibility is a very important characteristic that every healthy person should have.

If you are not flexible enough you can suffer different kinds of pains all over your body since it is more difficult for your muscles to stretch in a free and natural way.Having a good flexibility can help you withstand more stress, which means if you are going to kneel or maybe reach something that is on a high shelf and you are not flexible enough this simple tasks can make you suffer a serious injury.Lack of flexibility can lead you to a adopt an incorrect posture when walking or simply standing, it disrupts the natural alignment of our spine and it will eventually produce imbalances in our range of motion. If you don't have proper flexibility it can also affect your mind health since not having a good one will make you more willing to suffer stress and anxiety.
