Generalized anxiety disorder is often associated with continuous and too much unnecessary fear, anxiety and worry about several things at the same time. The sufferer of this disorder lives their life daily preoccupied with constant worry which may often be unrealistic or being blown out of proportion. This constant state of anxiety in effect, interferes with the individual’s daily life in various aspects such as social activities, work, school etc. Aside affecting how a person thinks as they cannot stop worrying, this anxiety can also lead to other physical symptoms. The symptoms may include restlessness, irritability etc.

Brittney’s constant worry and anxiety over her parent’s health, and other issues which have affected her academically, is a case that best exemplifies Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
