a) just because there are fewer speakers of Slavic languages we can not draw the conclusion that it's becoming extinct. To claim something like that we need to have data throughout a longer period of time and a notable decrease in the number of speakers.

b) English isn't Romance language; from the data, we can see it is a Germanic language.

c) In some parts of Europe, Slavic languages are dominant, however, they're not spoken in Northern or Western Europe so we can't say they're found throughout the continent.

d) We already stated parts of Europe where Slavic languages are spoken. Although there are some Middle and Southern Europe countries that use them,  they are mostly found in Eastern Europe.
