Here are the choices based on what I saw during my research.
lifting a 25-pound bag of dog food.
Pushing a shopping cart full of groceries.
Retrieving a box of cereal from an overhead shelf.
Walking longer than one-mile distances.

If you have problem with range of motion, then you lack flexibility. Therefore you have most difficulty while retrieving a box of cereal from an overhead shelf. 

Yeast infections do go away naturally, but there are somethings you can do to numb the itching and pain. now, if you don't have burning sensation while urinating or don't have any discharge i do not think it is a yeast infection. you mostly get yeast infections from to much intercourse (usually rough) so i suggest you use some king of adhesive such as lube or oil. last thing, your best bet is to ask google and see what pops up. but if you are genuinely concerned ask your mother or aunt or some kind of mother figure.  my best guess is its just hair growing, or maybe razor burn.
