There are higher rates of obesity in children and adolescents than ever before especially in the US. This is due to how lifestyle has changed for children and teenagers over the past 20 - 30 years with advances in technology leading to a more sedentary lifestyle for them. They are far less likely to engage in outdoor physical activities than the generations of youth before them. In addition poor nutrition has a huge part to play. The diets of young people mainly consist of high sugar, processed, affordable, convenient food that is not healthy.

Level 2: This level occupies aerobics and active sports. They are performed at least two to four times a week. Level 4: Sedentary time decrease in this level such as playing, using a computer, watching TV, games, and surfing the internet.

Thus, adults and adolescents should do physical activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The children and adults are under high risk of obesity because of today’s lifestyle. The lifestyle has changed nowadays of teenagers and children with the advances in technology leading to a more sedentary lifestyle for them. They are less interested in physical activities. The diet of mainly young adults and children consists of poor nutritional value and high amount of fat.
