Should college education be for all? Or should it be given only to those who are intellectually capable of college education? Those who are not should be directed to technical education isn't giving access to college education for one who is not intellectually capable a waste of time and resources?

lets use a brain surgeon as a example. Only the people with the best grades should get into a brain surgery collage because if someone doesn't know how to pass high school they probably can't give brain surgery.  People who aren't fit to go into neurosurgery should not do surgery on people's brains, Why? because they cant.

let's be real. not everyone is able to give someone brain surgery. Please go into a field fit for you.
