How is life after death and can we Plead with god to come back? will it work? how will we come back?

I'm not sure because I'm not dead but I'll give it a shot.Life after death is probably good but half as good as still being alive. You get to see other dead relatives/friends and reunite, but you're still dead, so that kinda ruins it. You can plead god to come back, as some people have been announced dead, but then came back to life.Hope this helps and have a nice day...!

Eating right and exercising daily

One health risk and the most important one is obesity, it can cause obesity since you are not leveling your food like you wont ever get full because your just snacking between foods which can also cause diabetes.hope this : )
