The Attribution theory

Explanation: The attribution theory assumes that people try to make sense out of the behavior of other people's behavior by attributing it to internal or external causes. the attribution theory is simply saying that we try to determine the reason behind other peoples behavior. If we attribute more to internal causes, it can ha ve a negative impact on our relationships with people.

According to a study these  three-stage process underlies an attribution:

1; The person must perceive or observe the behavior (acknowlegde the behavior)

2; The person must believe that the behavior was intentionally performed

3; Finally the person must determine if they believe the other person was forced to behave in that way or not.
