I have this shiny bump on the top of the tip of my left big toe partially under my toenail and a new one came in on the opposite foot today on the middle toe on the left side of the tip and i dont know what it is or how i get them to go away :(!! And also my knuckles are dry and have bumps that you cant feel but can see. Please help me figure out what it is :(:(:(
