1. Stop-and-frisk methods: These countries stop people and test them for COVID19, removing and isolating them whenever it is found.

2. Isolation: Unlike the U.S., they have been able to set up designated areas for the infected, and have been able to contain and isolate them.

3. Movement laws: People are contained within their homes & zones, and are not allowed to travel as much as before. This not only helps stop spread of infection, but also minimizes contact to potential carriers.

4. Closing borders: This is a major role in stopping the disease from spreading. If the disease is not found in the country, it allows for the country to not get it. If it is, it contains the disease and does not spread it any further. Of course, it is not the best way, and may be much more expensive.
