What should ido to stop cramps

I'm going to assume they are menstrual cramps so here are some tips. If they are not period cramps though, you probably shouldn't do these.

Explanation:

1. If you have pain reliever pills, that's the first thing I would do. I recommend ibuprofen or Midol. If you are able to swallow pills, that's great! If you can't, this method may not be for you.

2. Hot water bottles! Heat one up and put it on your stomach. Or, if you have a pet, that works too!

3. Try eating chocolate. I'm not sure if this is a proven method, but eating chocolate apparently can relieve stomach cramps.
