Why is it difficult for the average person to properly evaluate a personal trainer? (

This is what i had put. It's difficult for the average person to properly evaluate a personal trainer because personal trainers deceive people into thinking they're actually very knowledgeable but can actually do more harm than good. There are also numerous credentials that must be looked into before hiring a personal trainer but for a first timer, it may be very difficult.
