Can be a good way to burn some calories and keep your body moving. However it is just a step in the right direction to to achieve better physical fitness.Other important aspects you must consider are genetics, what physical activities are being done and in what way, and last but most important diet. No matter how much physical labor you do a poor diet will not better but do negative effects on overall physical fitness.
