Id assume it would be your large intestine.

I couldn't like, look up your question to fact check exactly but from what I remember if your large intestine cant absorb any water then you get diarrhea and if it absorbs too much water you get constipation so I can only assume other digestive problems would be linked to the large intestine. It is also what breaks up food so if it doesn't do a good job then you can feel quite queasy. Sorry If I wasn't very helpful!
