1) the goalkeeper cannot leave the goal with the ball
2) no more than 3 steps with the ball
3) you can’t block or kick the ball with your feet

If the attacking team scores a goal, play is resumed by a throw in at the center of the court through the defense. Similar to soccer without feet, water polo without water, or hockey without sticks.
