people view fitness differently because almost everything human do and see on day to day basis can be perceived and will always be perceived differently by different people.so just as that some people view fitness physically as physical fitness, whereas some people view it mentally as mental fitness by the way of their thinking and doing it differently.

Some view it as a way of life and some look at it as a way to reach their goal.
