Why is it that a guy can make a girl have a baby, but why cannot guy have babies? why can't girls make guys have babies?

Boys don't have the same parts as females do. When a male and a female reproduce the male has the sperm and the female has the egg. Girls can't make guys have babies because girls have different private parts then boys
