After my research I have conducted

Broiler Fryer: Chicken about 7 weeks old and weigh around 3 pounds; can be used in almost any dish, they taste good either way!

Roaster: Chickens less than 8 months old and weighing 3 1/2 to 5 pounds; typically lean meat and usually slow cooked.

Capon: Castrated male chickens weighing 6 to 8 pounds; tender and flavorful meat.

Stewing-baking hen: Hens pass their prime with older, tougher, and stringier meat, this is why they are best used in stews!
