When we exercise outside, we have to consider environmental factor to prevent any type of harm to ourself. Some environmental factor could be: weather temperature, sun rays (avoid excess of ultraviolet rays), humidity, air quality (avoid pollution), danger on the road like ground holes, which can harm your ankles.
