My Friend is having an average height but she want's a good long height of she start doing excercise and running and all would it be good for her ?? She is a girl. And she is just of 13 years old .

Height doesn't come just by exercise! Tell your friend to have a balanced diet, sleep well, and stay healthy! Your friend seems pretty average in height. After all, she is only thirteen years old.
