How do i stay motivated to keep losing weight as a 13 year old? i am 170 pounds and my goal is 120

Am not that good at health but

▪Well according to what i do, usaully do my excercises while Listening to music. I can either put some kind of motivating music which has like smooth beats (Never say never ft Justin Bieber) or one which has crazy fast beats like (Till i collapse ft Eminem). Music is what i love and if i want to do something that might be hard, i just put a song which is close to that situation.

▪Hobbies like Biking made me stay fit on my limbs although am still working on my upper body strength coz push-ups are not for me lol.

▪What am saying is, the best was you want to stay motivated, is to do what you love before, during or after you excersise.
