Your BMI is 27.6. That is a bit over weight but considering you are 13 actually calculating it properly is difficult considering that you will be going through growth spurts as well.

I recommend cutting out processed sugars, as well a healthy workout. Again because of your age I will recommend doing Zumba or a type of sport. If you do want to some gyms open up to 13 year olds and you can ask people there what a good everyday workout is.
