When teens begin to think about themselves more often they have entered into the Early Adolescent period.  They begin to gain very little regrets for other's points of view.

Once they have reached the Late Adolescent period they are more likely to think about other people and their point of view.  At this point in the stage, they are more sensible when making a decision and they better understand the consequences that their actions could lead them to.
