Attendance Case Study Crystal, a student nurse, is caring for Mr. Chuck Rhodes, a 37-year-old firefighter who was transported to the ER via ambulance. He was transported from the scene of a 3 story apartment building fire. While he was assessing the scene and assisting his team, he fell through the celling from the 2nd floor to the first floor.
