What should a nursing assistant do to help me a patient’s need for safety and security

The nursing assistance should offer the patient the help of calling the police regarding ensuring the patient safety and security ,from there the police shall take further steps as it is their profession to make sure every citizen of the country is safe.

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
