Mental emotional health is important because if your depressed, your body just won't be healthy. you will always have bad thoughts that mess with your brain and thats something you just don't wanna walk around with in your life. Also, if you have anxiety, it also messes with your brain and it could cause headaches, shaking and it can lead to worse things. It's better to be positive and stay strong and if your having issues with anything, talk to an adult before these things happen to you (like it did to me).
