to 55,000 by the end of the year. In the same year 1350 babies were born and
350 people died. Calculate the crude birth rate and the crude death rate of
the town.
In a certain town of the Terai, 750 people were the in-migrants in 2060 B. S.
In the same year 350 people migrated to Kathmandu from that town. If the
mid year population of the town in the same year was 45000 find out the net
migration rate (NMR) and gross migration rate (GMR).
The population of any one district of Nepal was 1,50,000 in Rs 2058 B. S. In
the same year 1000 people moved to other places and 900 came there for
settlement. Now find out the CDR and the GMR.
