For each of your FIVE scenarios, you will state:
a)the behavior you want to control (I want to cut down on my video game playing)
b)explain why you have chosen this behavior (playing video games all the time is messing up my grades, relationship with my mom – she’s always yelling at me, and I’d rather get a girlfriend)
c)the operant conditioning technique used (omission training)
d)the behavioral change you expect (I will not play more than one hour per night).
e)the reinforcement used: the reward or punishment (If I spend over an hour playing video games at night, I can’t play at all the following night)
You must use each of the four operant conditioning techniques at least once.
