What kinds of logical thinking and reasoning would you need to be able to do to be successful in your dream job?

I would like to be an athletic trainer. I an athlete tears a muscle I should be able to determine the muscle or the near by muscle that was torn. I should be able to identify all bones. Preform CPR, and be able to any safety procedure required of me at the time.

Explanation:

The only reason I think I wanna be an athletic trainer is because my bsf (who is a guy) has plans to be a soccer player. Has been scouted many times. We are only in high school though, so whatever. :)
