i'm just wondering because the bottom part of my femur hurts when pressure is applied with minimal pressure. this is due to someone falling on my leg and their elbow hitting it hard. well, to be exact, it's not the knee cap itself but one of the bones around the knee cap, can't quite tell which one it is.
