My best tip, that I use A LOT is to record the lesson (if your allowed) so that you can make notes when you feel like it and not have to listen. Another is to say your webcam is broken and then they don't see if your doing work or not. Finally, the best tip I've learnt in quarantine is to just mouth random words if they ask you to answer a question: they'll think it's a glitch and won't pick on you again!

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)
