If you did the chloe ting 2 week shred how well did it work for you

I actually did her 2019 2 weeks shred
And it was like my first time working out in my LIFE

Personally I feel like it didn’t work for me because I didn’t know how to engage my core, and do any of the exercises properly

But every BODY is different so it could work for you :)

I would recommend Chloe Ting if you like schedules and like something already planned for you...

However, if you are short on time, it becomes difficult to complete all the exercises

Right now I do Lilly Sabri’s workouts and I 100% recommend them :)
